The Fast Metabolism DIET

I was asked by Shespeaks if I wanted to review The Fast Metabolism Diet by Haylie Pomroy who is a celebrity nutritionist and wellness consultant and of course I jumped at the chance because I am always looking at new ways to eat healthy. The book says you can lose up to 20 lbs in 28 days which was the first thing that caught my eye. After reading it though I didn't see it as a Diet but more as a lifestyle change. It is broken up into 3 phases so you are keeping your metabolism guessing. 2 days you eat lots of carbs and fruits, 2 days lots of proteins and veggies then 3 days of carbs , fruits, protein , veggies and you add healthy fats and oils. The book comes with helpful charts and yummy and easy to make recipes. There are restrictions like no eating dairy,soy, corn, wheat, caffeine ( NO COFFEE) , refined sugars, alcohol, fruit juices & dried fruit. You also have to stay away from anything labeled " Diet" and " No Fat" . All the meats also have to be nitrate free and eat organic as much as possible. She also recommends eating with 30 minutes of waking and drinking half of your body weight. I found The Fast Metabolism Diet easy to follow and pretty realistic.You can also follow Haylie Pomroy on Facebook and Twitter .

  1. I used roofing felt for the Industrial Center's asphalt pavement. BTW, when I bought the roofers felt at Home Depot, there was no odor from the roofers felt. The radii of the track in the turnaround area is 23-24 inches, which is 46-48 inches in HO scale. roofing
