#Mamavation Monday


Mamavation Monday
I can't believe we are already in the middle of June meaning that this year is half way over. I can't wait to see what the next 6 months will bring. I promised myself "ME" time , eating better and working out. I can say I have done 2 out of the 3. I still find myself feeling guilty if I try and get me time. My youngest daughter who is 9 is basically turning into a mini me which is a great thing , LOL. She loves to hang out with me , watch tv, cook, work out and is just as sarcastic as I am. I want her to be everything that she wants to be and that makes what I do and say that more important. That being said it is important that I make me time so she doesn't feel guilty to take time for herself.

  1. It is always hard for us moms to really get the me time that we need to ourselves. We shouldn't feel guilty for taking a little time for ourselves. It will save our sanity to have that time alone!

  2. It is already June. The way this year is moving is insane. My son is almost 3 months and and that means just over another 3 months until I get to see you IRL. I cannot wait to see what the next 6 months bring as well - make them count (and I'll be doing the same).

  3. I cant believe June is almost over :(. It is going crazy fast. Love that you are trying to take time for yourself, I think we all need that and it is one of the hardest things to accomplish, especially if we have kids.

  4. ME time is so hard to find. Just keep working on it and you'll get there. I've started doing ten minutes of yoga every day just to get some ME time in.
