Mamavation Monday





These Mondays just seem to be coming faster and faster where are the other 6 days ? This past week I have been thinking about what I want to do, where I want to be and how I am going to get there. As a child I had a to-do list that was a mile long of all the things I wanted to do. I think it is time to get pen and paper and make that list again. You are only as old as you feel and I feel mighty young. I feel like you STOP living once you STOP dreaming and I am not going out without a fight. I am breaking up with the scale for the next month it was a nice break up, I just need space and a chance to meet others. I am going to go on a few dates with Mr Measuring Tape and see is he appreciates me more. 
What and where does your comfort zone end and what do you want to push yourself to do ?

  1. I know man, this summer is already FLYING BY!

    Comfort zone... such a scary thought for me. I try to push mine by talking openly with people I love and trust, who then help me come up with challenges that are pushing me in a healthy way.

  3. Great post and great questions! Hmmn comfort zone, I am not comfortable asking for help when I need it. I am going to step outside of that comfort zone an dbe more vocal with my loved ones and let them know when I need more support. I need to push myself more during the summer months to be outside as much as possible, walking, hiking etc.
