#Mamavation Monday

Mamavation Mondays

It has been a little over 3 weeks since Campaign 15 has come to an end. Along the way I learned a lot about myself . I am way stronger than I thought not to mention that I lost over 30 lbs. I met great ladies Joanna and Jeanae who became more than just Sista's . When I found out I was chosen to be a Mamavation Mom I was super excited and thought the 7 weeks were going to be loooooong. Those weeks went by super fast. This week Campaign 16's 5 finalist will be chosen and they will start hazing which will narrow it down to 3 Mamavation Moms. To the 3 who will get picked I say enjoy every minute, don't waste time complaining, be ready to work out and learn a new way of eating. Know that you are very lucky and a lot of other women would love to be in your place. Take advantage of everything you have access to ( advice, meal plans, workouts) and most importantly enjoy ever minute because it goes by quicker than you think. To the finalist who aren't chosen this round do NOT give up and feel down. The great thing about Mamavation is someone is always on the other side of the monitor.

My weight is down 2 ounces and yes I am counting them !!!!

  1. You all Campaign 15 ladies did it so well. I hope whoever you mentor picks up some the joy you three had along the way.

  7. TOtally agree with you on taking advantage of every minute. Chosen or not I know that I am going to push myself and make the changes anyway. I wish we could all make it but glad I even got the chance to be a finalist. Congrats on your weight loss and journey as well!!
