#Mamavation Monday

Mamavation Mondays

This week went by super fast. I am starting to feel like my " REAL" self which is great. I am the type of person that sees the glass as half full. I don't make excuses for things because if I did it would be a long list but what good would that do, right. I am where I am right now because that is where I am suppose to be. Every day on this earth and not in it is a day to try and be a better person and learn something new. This week I am going to make a new Vision Board with attainable goals.

I need to restock on fresh veggies and fruits. I also have been slacking in the water department and my skin is showing it. I also need to make more time for myself which means be alone for more than 15 minutes and not feel guilty about it.

  5. Yup - water & veggies DOES really make your skin ...well, glow, I'd have to say. Just tried a diet that required a lot of these and it took off some years. I'm 47, I should know, lol!

  6. Goodness yes! Alone time is so important. I think that is why I love going to the track to walk or run. I can gather my thoughts without anyone demanding something! I love my babies but goodness, let me breath for a minute. Right?

    I'm with you I need to stock up and stay away from Starbucks. Darn them and their yummy coffee. lol

  7. Great attitude Rebecca! I think you and I are similar in that way. What is it like having alone time? I have totally forgotten haha! I am guilty of not making time for this, an it is so important!
