Mamavation Mondays

I don't think we are in Kansas anymore... My body has not been cooperating with me this past week. I feel like it is falling apart. From the tips of my toes to the ends of my hair I have had problems. I think it may be because I started eating white stuff again and not as many fruits and veggies, I don't know but I need to get my ass in check !!! This week I am hitting the gym everyday for no less than a hour and running most days 3 miles. I am going to STOP eating so many unhealthy carbs. Normally I like to do yoga in the AM and PM, do some fun cardio like ZUMBA or running. In a pinch there is nothing like the hundred which is a pilates move that will have you feeling muscles that you didn't know you had.

  3. No worries, you'll get back down. Cut back on what you know isn't good for you- Easier said than done :( I hate that.. but I've got a challenge for myself this week- go to Zumba everyday and follow my Shaklee diet to a tee. Good Luck mama! You can do it!
