#Mamavation Monday

width=375

WHAT !!!!
I am now a graduate of the Class of Mamavation Campaign 15 with my fellow Sista's Joanna @way2gomom and Jeanae @jeanae . I have learned so much and now see food as fuel and not something you use to entertain your mouth. With that knowledge comes responsibilities because now I can't use ignorance as an excuse. I am not going to lie and say it is easy to always eat the right things. This week I went off the wagon nothing major I just ate pasta and bread they were whole wheat but still I feel bloated and yucky. I also have drank milk 4 times this week and my face has broken out. So back to what WORKS. I am still losing pounds but more important to me is I am getting toned and getting some muscles. I am more solid in places I had a little jiggle to. This week I want to take a few classes and do more outdoor activities. Also, I cut up lots of veggies & froze fresh fruit for fast easy meals.

Down 2 more pounds

  2. Good job sticking to the plan -- and it's interesting to see what happens to our bodies when we veer off of what we know works! You did such an awesome job during this campaign! I'm glad I was around to see! :)

  4. Congrats on your graduation. I also think it is huge that you are noticing what works for you and what doesn't and that you are paying attention to your body, I think that is half the battle for most of us...which is to trust our bodies. First that they are more capable than we give them credit and they will tell us what is good and not good for us provided we are listening!

  5. Congrats on the campaign!! Sounds like you learned a lot! And, I know what you mean about it being hard to eat right. I've fallen off the wagon a few times this week, but you know what, we can get right back on track!
