#Mamavation Monday

Mamavation Mondays

I have been on Cloud NINE since becoming a Mamavation Mom and starting boot camp. I can honestly say that with this extra weight I have been carrying I have not felt like a Woman much less HOT. I am always walking around either pulling my shirt down over my butt or making sure nothing is hanging out. These past 3 weeks I have been feeling more alive and starting to get a glimpse of the old me. The girl who didn't try hard because she was On Fire. I know that what you put in your mouth is what you become so I have cut out all BAD foods.

  1. Food plays a major role in our weight but so does our mental and physical outlooks on things... little baby steps will get us to our goals :)
