BIG THANKS to @MrBookieboo for giving me the chance to participate in this 2 week challenge with others through mamavation.com . Everyday for 2 weeks I logged on to BobHarper.com and did the workout picked for me that day. The website also has great recipes ( which I LOVED ) , a community for motivation & fitness tips. After doing it everyday for the last 14 days I have lost a total of 5 lbs, I also lost some inches in my hips/thighs 1 inch & waist 1 1/2 inches . This challenge made me WAKE UP to the fact that I CAN DO IT . I tend to get MOMMY guilt but guess what the house didn't burn down, the kids didn't starve and I felt better doing it. This is only the beginning I look forward to finding the "ME" time to take better care of myself.
