#Mamavation and #BobHarperLive

A couple weeks ago I saw a tweet from @MrBookieboo and @bookieboo on twitter about joining a special Mamavation  2 week challenge with Bob Harper. Yes, that Bob Harper ( Biggest Loser trainer & my husband in my head) how could I refuse. The first 100 people who signed up got 2 weeks free access to which has everything you need on it. It has workouts, recipe guides, a community of people who have answers to everything and a fitness journal . The challenge started on Monday October 29th,  so far so good. Everyday I log on and do a workout that was specially picked for me.I have even made a few of the recipes on the site like smoothies,oatmeal & pancakes for breakfast , I can't wait to make more .The workouts are very easy to follow they have demos to watch to make sure you are doing it right. My favorite workout so far has been the 5 minute workout (Not Really) after that one I felt the BURN but it was a good burn... I am very excited to see what happens once the 2 weeks are up. 3 winners will randomly be selected to win some very cool prizes but as far as I am concerned everyone who is participating in this challenge are WINNERS. Hopefully next week I will have some great results to post.
